Vinification

Manual harvest in boxes, maceration-fermentation in temperature-controlled vats of cement; malolactic fermentation in allier oak barrels where it is aged for 18 months. Aging in bottle for 12 months.

Colour: deep ruby ​​red, very intense, dense with slight shades
Aroma: elegant, full of ripe fruit, black berries, sweet and fresh spices integrated, cinnamon, cloves, licorice, anise, black pepper, wild berries
Flavour: soft, structured, large volume, a dense texture and sweet tannins, balanced acid structure, long, firm consistent, fruity red berries and fruits blacks create a spicy intense complex
Alcohol content: 14,5 %
