Agriturismo Ceralti is situated in the District of Castagneto Carducci (Cerreta), in the heart of the typical Tuscan countryside, 4 km far from the village of Castagneto Carducci and at 1 Km from the seaside. This farmhouse comprises a typical Tuscan countryhouse, dating back to 1889, that has been completely restored and divided into several apartments, a small, independent house and a small villa that is located at about 500 meters from the main building. The whole complex is surrounded by a big garden and is plunged into a luxuriant landscape where the guests can spend wonderful days. The farmhouse is located in a peaceful area, among peach trees, vineyards and olive trees. Chaises longues, a wood stove and a barbecue are available for the guests who want to cook grilled meat and other typical Tuscan meals. The proximity of the sea, the view, the colours, the scents and tastes of typical rural products, provide the perfect atmosphere for those who wish to have green holidays, who are looking for tranquillity and want to rediscover old traditions. This area offers a wide choice of easy-to-reach trekking and cycle paths. The guests have also the possibility to participate to all the agronomic practices and cultivation activities, such as pruning, plant binding, peach, grapes and olive picking, that are periodically carried out, thus combining relax with the real essence of these rural and healthy places. From the farmhouse you can easily reach the village of Donoratico, where there are several supermarkets and shops and where you can rent a bicycle to discover the nearby beaches and woods. Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Massa Marittima are three neighbouring villages that are worth visiting. From San Vincenzo, you can reach the spa resort of Caldana in 10 minutes, while in 20 minutes you can discover the Gulf of Baratti and the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia. The historic and arts towns of Volterra and Pisa are just 1-hour journey from Ceralti farmhouse, while it normally takes 1 hour, 30 minutes to reach Florence and Siena.

It is located on the second floor of the main farmhouse, centrally located and facing southeast toward the village of Castagneto and the famous tower of Count Ugolino della Gherardesca, narrated by Dante in the Divine Comedy. It includes a large kitchen with living room, satellite TV, a large bedroom with 2 beds and another separate double room. The bathroom is large and with a walk-in shower.Heating and air-conditioning are available. In the garden you will find table and parking.

EDERA 4+1 persons

This apartment is on the second floor and faces northwest. It includes a large kitchen with living room, fireplace and satellite TV. A huge bedroom with 3 beds and another separate double room. Finally, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Heating and air conditioning available . In the garden you will have your own table for outdoor dining and your own parking space. This apartment also gets wifi in the common area.

GINESTRA 2+2 persons

This apartment is located on the second floor and faces west. It includes a living room with kitchen, satellite TV, and a loft that accommodates two agile adults of normal build, or two boys not under ten years old, that is, who can manage themselves.
The master bedroom is very spacious and and the bathroom is also very large with a walk-in shower. Heating and air conditioning are available. In the garden you will have your own table for eating outside and your own parking space .

IRIS 3 persons

This apartment is located on the ground floor and faces east. It includes a living room with kitchen, satellite TV and sofa bed. The master bedroom is very large with three beds, and the bathroom is large with shower also for disabled people. In the garden, in front of the house, you will have your own table to eat outside and your own parking space in the common parking lot. Air conditioning and heating are available.

VILLETTA MIMOSA 2/4 persons

Beautiful detached cottage 1 km from the farmhouse, on the same road ( via Ceralti 76) and in front of our winery. Ideal for those who like privacy and for those who have dogs, because the garden is completely fenced. Inside there is a large living room with kitchen, satellite TV, fireplace and sofa bed. The master bedroom is very large and the bathroom is also spacious and with shower.
Outside you can eat under the porch made of vines and enjoy the barbecue.
Air conditioning and heating are available.

LILLA 2 Personen
