Included in the price for weekly stays: utilities (water, gas, electricity) – final cleaning – cot and high chair (to be requested at the time of booking if available) – bed linen and towels (bed-bath) on arrival – additional bed linen (depending on the flat) – use of barbecue – internet wi-fi only in common areas – free covered parking – kettle – hairdryer – flat satellite TV – use of communal washing machine with coins.
Not included: tourist tax, eventual change of linen on payment, dogs and cats pay 5 euros per day, air conditioning and heating are charged according to consumption.
The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival. The daily price must be agreed if the stay is less than a week. An additional person pays a daily fee. If the guest for personal reasons enters one or more days late or leaves earlier, he/she pays the whole period for the agreed amount.
