General conditions

• Arrival: between 17.00 and 20.00; please contact us if you wish to arrive at a different time or in case of delay.

• Departure: before 10.00 a.m.

• Minimum stay: 7 days from Saturday to Saturday; during the low season shorter stays are possible, depending on the number of available places.

• no restaurant service available

• sale and tasting of homemade products

• Heating and air conditioning are not included

• Wood for fireplaces is included

• water, electricity, gas and final cleaning are included

• daily/weekly cleaning is available (not included)

• Please leave the apartments tidy and take away the garbage. On your arrival you will be asked for a deposit of 100 €.

• Blankets are included

• Kitchen / bed linen are included in the rent (included).

• Pets are allowed if they are announced in advance.

• bike rental possible in nearby villages

• free crib available on request

• Prices are per apartment per week. For short stays please contact us. Included in the price per week: Consumption (water, gas, electricity), final cleaning, baby crib and child seat (ask when booking, depending on availability), towels and bed linen for 1 or 2 weeks, extra bed (depending on apartment), use of barbecue, use of common washing machine, parking, internet in common areas. Not included in the price: Tourist tax

Payment

• Kur Tax 1,5 Euro per person per day (older than 12 years)

• Please transfer 30% of the total amount as a deposit 2 days after booking.

• Cash payment of the remaining amount on the day of arrival.

• The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellations.

•The full amount will be charged as cancellation fee 20 days before arrival.
