Vinification

Manual harvest in boxes, maceration-fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 18 days in cement tanks.”Microboullage”; malolactic fermentation in oak barrels with aging “sur lies” for three months. Racking, bottling and aging in the bottle.

Aroma: sweet, ample, elegant, very intense and fruity
Flavour: soft, with sweet tannins of medium density in good balance to “acidity”; sweet and fruity aftertaste lingering
