From its olive groves on the Lamentano and Cerreta estate, the farm produces extravergine olive oil, bearing the Toscano IGP marking, (Regional Geographical Indication) smooth and fragrant. The olive harvested by hand are immediately cold pressed to keep intact freshness, organoleptic and nutritional properties.
