General Conditions

• Arrivals: from 5.00 to 8.00 pm. Please contact us, in case you wish to arrive at a different time or in case of delayed arrival.
• Departures: before 10.00 am.
• Minimum stay: 7 day from Saturday to Saturday- Shorter stays are possible during the low season, depending on the number of places available.
• No restaurant service available.
• Sale and tasting of home-made products.
• Heating and air conditioning not included.
• Wood for fireplace included.
• Water, electricity, gas and end-of-stay cleaning included.
• Daily/weekly cleaning available upon request (not included);
• You are kindly requested to leave the apartments in a decent status and remove waste. A deposit of 100.00 euros will be asked on arrival day.
• Blankets included.
• Kitchen and bed linens not provided. Bed and bath linens available on request. ( Double 15 €, Single 12 €).
• Animals admitted if previously agreed.
• Bicycle rental in the nearby villages;
• Free crib beds upon request.

PAYMENT

• 30% deposit by credit transfer two days after booking.
• Cash payment of the remaining amount on arrival day.
• The deposit is not reimbursed should your booking be cancelled.
• Full payment will be applied as cancellation penalty, 20 days before the arrival date
